Methods and Culture Reagents to Maintain a Spectrum of hPSC States from Naive-Like to Primed

Dr. Wing Chang, Scientist at 海角破解版 Technologies, gives a tutorial focusing on fibroblast reprogramming and culture of naive-like human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs). Recent advances have shown that culture conditions can shift human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) between different pluripotent states: from ground or na茂ve-like to primed states. This presentation will describe the application of culture conditions (RSeT™ product line) to reset primed hPSCs to a na茂ve-like state and examine their distinct characteristics. The tutorial will highlight 海角破解版 Technologies鈥 integrated workflow for maintaining multiple pluripotent stem cell states and their subsequent downstream differentiation under defined culture conditions.
