Overview

Streamline your 3D culture workflows with AggreWell™HT, a high-throughput 96-well microwell plate designed to optimize the formation of uniform cell aggregates. Whether you’re generating spheroids or embryoid bodies (EBs), AggreWell™HT allows you to create up to 32 aggregates per well—significantly more than traditional ultra-low attachment plates—giving you higher statistical power, less variability, and more reliable results.

Ideal for experiments with rare cell types or limited samples, AggreWell™HT requires as few as 50 cells per microwell, ensuring you can maximize the use of your samples. The plate is also compatible with robotic liquid handling systems, and its meniscus-reducing feature improves the quality and ease of brightfield imaging, further enhancing your workflow efficiency. Note: Anti-Adherence Rinsing Solution (Catalog #07010) is required for optimal EB and spheroid formation.
